The reasoning for the silly name is like this, according to a press release by WEY: "The WEY brand hopes that "Mocha" can be integrated into users' daily life like Mocha coffee, and carry users' pursuit of a better life and their understanding of future travel."

The Mocha is the new flagship of the WEY brand. It is based on the WEY VV7 but with a 45mm longer wheelbase. The basic design is still the same but WEY got themselves busy with the front.

There the Mocha has a huge grille, great to drink coffee, and a new bumper section. The interior is new too. The spy shot shows a large free-standing screen, another screen below it, and a tiny screen in front of the driver. There is a HUD too.

WEY Mocha's Engine

Power comes from a 213 hp 2.0 turbo. A PHEV and a more powerful sports model are on the way as well. The WEY Mocha will hit the Chinese auto market within Q1.
