190 hp and 426 km of autonomy for the electric SUV

The Mercedes-Benz EQA is the second model in the electric EQ range and presents itself to the public with a specific design and cutting-edge technical content. The crossover derived from the GLA will be offered in Italy with prices starting from 50,190 euros (VAT included), thus allowing access to variable incentives from 6,000 to 10,000 euros. The first deliveries of the two-wheel-drive EQA are expected in the spring, but a version with two electric motors and a four-wheel drive will also arrive in the following months.

Like the GLA but with a specific design. The EQA, as anticipated, derives from the Mercedes-Benz GLA, with which it shares most of the external and internal elements, as well as the dimensions: it is 4.46 meters long, 1.83 wide, and 1.62 meters high, while the trunk offers a capacity of between 340 and 1,320 liters. To differentiate it from the thermal versions, the company has completely revised the front and tail by inserting the stylistic features presented for the first time with the EQC and destined to create a trend also for future models, such as the upcoming EQS flagship. At the front we, therefore, find the closed Black Panel that replaces the classic grille, equipped with an upper LED profile that reconnects to that of the daytime running lights, thus creating a full-width light design also taken up by the unprecedented rear setting.

Blue and rose gold for the electric. The interiors reflect the GLA setting but introduce specific finishes. This is the case of the backlit insert in front of the passenger, of the, rose gold-colored finishes, and the specific graphics of the instrumentation and infotainment with blue and rose gold elements typical of electric models and specific screens for consumption, recharging, and management of energy flows.
