 Indian Challenger announces top-of-the-line model "Elite"



Indian Motorcycle announced on June 8 that it will set the highest-end model " Challenger Elite " on the large cruiser "Challenger" and will release only 200 units worldwide.


The Challenger is a so-called "bagger" style large cruiser equipped with a large hard saddle bag. It is equipped with a 1768cc water-cooled V-twin engine that produces a maximum output of 122hp and a maximum torque of 178Nm. Equipped with a large number of advanced electronic control technologies, including three ride modes of rain, standard, and sports, it realizes comfortable riding in every scene.


For Indians, the "elite" is proof of the finest model. The Challenger Elite has an overwhelming muscle car-inspired styling that is suitable for top-of-the-line models. The coloring is based on stealth gray with black metallic and indie red accents and is equipped with a seat with red stitching and an elite badge of the same color. The styling is reminiscent of American muscle.


It is also equipped with many advanced electronic control technologies. Fox's electronically controlled rear suspension can be preloaded from the display. It will be convenient equipment when you have more luggage or when you are in tandem. Intuitive smart lean technology using BOSCH 6-axis IMU is adopted. It improves the controllability of traction, ABS, and torque.


Adaptive LED headlights and LED fog lights to adjust the spread of light according to the tilt of the bike, providing excellent lighting effects. In addition, the adjustable flare windscreen, select floorboard, and grip heater provide comfortable riding.


The 400W powerband audio system, including saddlebag speakers, delivers clear sound quality even at high speeds. The 7-inch touchscreen display with ride commands supports Apple CarPlay and Bluetooth connectivity.
