Yamaha MT-09 / MT-09 SP to release 2022 model ... Color & graphic change

Yamaha Motor announced the 2022 model with changed coloring and graphics of the super naked model " MT-09 ABS ". The "MT-09 ABS" will be released on July 28th, and the advanced specification "MT-09 SP ABS" will be released on July 6th.

The MT-09 is a large sports bike equipped with a water-cooled 3-cylinder 888cc engine developed based on the cross-plane concept. In August of last year, we launched a new model that has undergone major evolution such as engine renewal and weight reduction. It is gaining popularity due to its innovative design that fuses naked and supermoto and its torque driving.

The 2022 model MT-09 ABS is available in three colors. "Gray" is a color that symbolizes the next-generation MT series. Cyan is used for the wheels to propose a new trend. "Blue" is a color that makes you feel high performance about the super sports model "YZF-R1". "Matte Dark Gray" expresses a serious image with low contrast of dark tones.

By changing the tank to silver, the high-end specification MT-09 SP ABS has updated the premium feel in cooperation with the company's sports model flagship "YZF-R1M".
